Solven Panel provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to:

• Social media engagement services (followers, likes, views, etc.)
• API access for automated order placement
• Account management and order tracking
• Customer support and assistance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Keep your API key confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person or company may only register one account.

Payments:

• All payments must be made in advance before placing orders
• Funds added to your account are non-refundable
• We accept various payment methods as communicated by our support team
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Orders can only be cancelled if marked with "Cancel" badge and not yet in progress
• Refunds are only provided for services that are not delivered as described
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order placement
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services delivered as promised

• Delivery times vary by service and are estimates, not guarantees
• Most orders start within a few hours and complete within 1-7 days
• We are not responsible for drops that occur after the guarantee period
• Services marked with "Refill" include automatic refill within the specified period
• Quality and speed of delivery may vary based on platform restrictions
• We do not guarantee specific results or engagement rates

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal activities or harmful content
• Violate any third-party social media platform's terms of service
• Share your account or API credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
• Submit fraudulent or chargedback payments
• Resell our services without written authorization
• Place orders for illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Abuse our support system or staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

• API access is provided for legitimate automation purposes only
• You must not exceed reasonable request limits (max 1 request per second)
• API keys must be kept secure and not shared publicly
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse
• API endpoints and response formats may change with notice

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM:

• Any guarantee of specific results or outcomes
• Responsibility for third-party platform actions (account bans, content removal, etc.)
• Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Responsibility for service interruptions or technical issues
• Accuracy of third-party integrations or external services

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

• We collect only necessary information to provide services
• Your payment information is processed securely
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
• Order data and account information are kept confidential
• We may use cookies and analytics to improve our services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

We reserve the right to:

• Close accounts with prolonged inactivity
• Withhold funds from accounts involved in fraudulent activity

You may request account closure by contacting support. Remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of our registered jurisdiction.
